Village Background: Created at the Turn of the Century by the Combined Youmei, Seiteki and Akushumi Clans, This village is Steeped in Mystery. The Three clans that had Created the Village were Outcasts, Clans of Artistic creation, and Though Highly Secretive, the Village is Known for their Excellent Gems, Jewlery, Shinobi weaponry and Sculpting.
Village Leader: The Council of Seven
Highly Steeped in Mystery, this Shadowy Council makes all Major Decisions in the Village.

5 Months ago: Village is Created by the three clans.
The Sites:
Council Rooms - Located in the Village's Furthest West point, These are well Within the Massive Stone Caves that makes up most of the Village.
Caves of Silence - These massive caverns make up most of Shinkangakure. Homes, Stores, Warehouses and Arenas are Hidden in the Caves.
They are so named Due to their Odd ability to Absorb sound Entirely
The Gates of Silence - Massive, Black Iron Gates that Have to be unsealed by the Guards within for anyone to Gain Entrance. Any Attempts to Force the Gate will Result in Massive electricution. There is a Slit in the Door for Passports and mail to be slipped through
