Gekijaku Akito's customs.

Post by Konjuku »

-- The Nature of Akito's jutsus are rather controversial, in, and out, of character, because I consider them as skills and abilities that fall directly under 'Air Release Control(see below)' and the 'seals' he wears, but for the sake of continuity and avoiding arguments regarding his abilities, I've posted them all: --

Ninjutsu:

Fuuton Soujuu – Air Release Control; This technique’s workings are rather simple, in theory. Originally Akito fought with a fan, but found it too troublesome. Decided on making Fuuton techniques easier for him to control, he set out and with the passing of the years developed this technique. By slowly filtering chakra through his tenketsu, Akito can manipulate the air currents around him. This allows him to perform higher scale wind techniques without the use of a fan, or any other weapon for that matter. Another use for this technique includes filtering already nature manipulated chakra from his tenketsu, allowing him greater speeds, heights, raw force and even the ability to change direction and position in mid air. Using Chakra, Akito controls the surroundings air towards him; and by expanding his ‘ presence ’ in a faint wave of chakra, he can later further control the surrounding air.

Hyou no kaze • Sonchi – Bag of Wind • Retain; This is a technique performed through his bag of wind. By slowly letting his chakra flow into his bag, he will charge up for further attacks. The ‘bag of wind’ obviously takes in the chakra through the seals, strengthening and sharpening the white scarf. Said strength and wind can be released at any given moment.

Hyou no kaze • Houshutsu - Bag of Wind • Release; This is a technique Akito is able to perform through his Bag of Wind. After his bag of wind takes in his chakra, absorbs and retains it. Akito is able to release it through any means he desires. The release doesn’t have to be necessarily one huge blast of wind, it can be a small as a sickle of wind able to slice through anything in its path, or a blast strong enough to level a small forest.

Hyou no Kaze • Datai – Bag of wind • Abortion;
This is a technique performed through Akito’s bag of wind. Whenever a miscarriage with one of his wind techniques happens, and he fails to release the technique properly, he will misdirect the blast around him; protecting him from any opening he might’ve left for his opponent to take. Usually used when he’s about to miss one of his attacks or techniques.

Hyou no Kaze • Dakiyoseru oshikakekyaku – Bag of wind • embracing an uninvited guest; By using his scarf of wind whenever any sort of physical or elemental attack turns towards him, he can deflect and defend from the attack. This is performed by giving the ‘bag’ of wind a simple and short spin, then performing quick handseals while releasing small amounts of chakra. The chakra reinforced the bag to the point of it becoming as strong as a Rashomon gate, yet the diameter and strength will obviously be limited to the size it covers. It strength lays in the vortex of wind it creates, stopping anything coming towards it to absorb the force of a blow, while then preparing to blow it back.

Hyou no Kaze • Fukumaden, joseki oshikakekyaku – Bag of wind • Expelling an uninvited guest;This techniques follows in succession to ‘Embracing an uninvited guest’. By released the chakra build up in the scarf while using raw force, Akito will releases whatever attack it taught in the vortex of wind in the first place, repelling it back along with a strong burst of wind which rivals Daitoppa in force.

Goshi no Fuujin – The five fingers of the Wind God; This is a rather complicated technique that puts into use both seals on one of Akito’s hands. By drawing the natural air around him with one seal (which requires chakra to activate, consequentially activating the Mayoke Seal) Akito can set the stage for any of his ‘ performances ’. Usually this technique will be performed discreetly with one hand, drawing a very diminutive amount of air onto the palm then releasing it as Akito sees fit, usually by flicking one finger. Yet the technique is not limited to such small strength, for it can be performed on a much higher scale. Akito does need to use both seals to perform a wind technique with his hand(s), but by using both seals he can disguise the chakra flow needed for the seals as his natural chakra flow. Naturally there is a small percentage of chakra being concentrated at all times in his hands, so for someone with the ability to sense or see chakra, it would seem as nothing more than Akito’s own chakra circulatory system.

Jusshi no Fuujin – Ten fingers of the wind god; Ironically, this is exactly the same as Goshin no Fuujin. But of course, performed with both hands. When formalities are turned aside and the real battle begins Akito will bring things up a notch as he performs his techniques with both his hands, instead of one. It dramatically increases his control over the element, strength and speed.

Seppun no Fuujin – Kiss of the Wind God; This technique is possible the most simple technique in principle that Akito can perform, yet it can be the deadliest. It can be performed with either the Bag Of Wind, or the Wind Devil Seal. By placing either palm, or his bag of wind, directly against the targets mouth Akito will literally ‘rip’ out the wind from their gut, potentially killing them. Usually sucking out the wind out of their lungs will not kill them, what follows suit does. After sucking all the wind, Akito will either let them recuperate as a warning, or push back all that air while increasing it by adding his own chakra through elemental manipulation. The victim’s insides are usually too mangled too recover from unless immediate medical attention is received. Akito refrains from using this technique, it seems uncouth of him to kill in such a crude method… Or so he says.

Taijutsu:

Kurotsume – Black Nail; This is a taijutsu technique developed by Akito for personal use only. . The Black nails with the intricate textured design are not just for fashion, they are indeed his deadliest weapon. This technique’s name is never exposed, as it became a secret weapon of his own. By using a special metallic ink as nail polish, then performing his family’s ‘Mayoke’ technique upon his own nails with the same ink, Akito managed to channel chakra onto his nails.

By themselves, his nails are exceptionally hard and sharp; through special treatments and processes that allowed his natural nails to reach the sharpness of a blade. With the added strength and force of the seals and metallic nail-polish, his nails become much, much more deadlier than the usual kunai. The inks by themselves absorb and take in his chakra’s natural affinity, wind; and because of this, extraordinary feats with his nails are made possible. Not to mention, his nail’s length is not limited to their appearance. Their reach extends with the filtered chakra that runs into them.

Kazebakuto – Wind Gambler; This is a technique developed by Akito; and more than a technique, it is a gamble. During fights, or missions, sometimes more speed is requires, more force; that’s where Akito’s Fuuton Soujuu technique comes in. But it does not always work, so Akito rides it on a gamble. Generally he is a close/mid distance fighter, while his fighting style relies on acrobatic moves and quick attacks. Twisting his body to unnatural positions, Akito exposes himself with a nearly flawless offense. Usually his attacks are full of openings, but they hold a deadly touch; the ability to kill within minutes of the fight starting. The only weapon that goes well with this technique is his bag of wind, that when reinforced with chakra, it can be used as melee weapon. Because he fights betting his life, he named his style and techniques Kazebakuto
.

Ippo no Kaze – Step of wind;
This is a simple taijutsu technique developed by Genkijaku Akito. By applying and focusing chakra on his feet and the sole of his shoes, Akito will be able to walk above water or climb a wall. That is the basic principle, but Akito takes it further. By focusing chakra on his feet then releasing a small burst and manipulating that burst to his elemental attribute, Akito will create miniature platform of wind. By no means is Akito able to walk on the air or fly, but it provides a good stepping blade for a second jump while in mid air, or for sudden situation. Using this technique, Akito can increase the speed of his body flickers.

Fuuinjutsu:

Mayoke - Charm against evil; These seals are an ancient tradition of the Gekijaku family. These seals and tattoos run through their blood, being passed down generation through generation.

The seals are tattooed onto children during pre-adolescence. Just before they begin training in the ways of the shinobi. These seals are tattooed onto various parts of the body, and usually differ upon the child’s personalities and gifts. Through dangerous and extremely painful means, the children will be given the rightful pact of their blood through the tattoos, which are usually marked on the skin through scarring performed with heated blades and a special ink. The substance is a metallic ink, made from a special chakra retaining/absorbing metal that retain and take on the users chakra’s affinity. Despite this, the ink and seals become virtually invisible. Their shape just a tone lighter than the user’s skin, very hard to notice.

The seals in themselves have ability, and that is to slowly retain and focus the users chakra onto themselves. Even when the user’s chakra stays dormant, the seals will perform the innate ability of focusing some of the chakra onto themselves. And whenever the user focuses their chakra onto said tattooed body part, their strength and force will increase.

Most common example of the family’s seal would be around the fingers and/or knuckles. This gives an extra punch and force, allowing the family member to perform much more extraordinary feats without having to focus on concentrating chakra. The seals do that by themselves. In Short, the seals help channel chakra. While the metallic ink retains and absorbs the users element, allowing them to channel it rather easily.

Sumitsuki no Fuujin – Black seal of the Wind God; This is an adaptation of the Mayoke charm from the Gekijaku family, into a weapon rather than the user himself. By using a special white ink, he drew and scattered the family seals all along the white ‘scarf’ he uses. Once having performed the rituals, the scarf turned into Akito’s ideal bag of wind; mimicking the original legends of Fuujin, The God of Wind.
The seals absorb an retain Akito’s chakra, soaking it in. The seals light up a strange hue of white, as they take in the properties and attributes of Akito’s chakra. By using the seals, Akito perform wind techniques through his ‘bag of wind’.
The seals take in the chakra, then amplify it severely; unleashing torrents and strings of wind as Akito sees fit. The seals can also absorb wind. One side amplifies and releases the wind, while the other absorbs and stores it.

Yuuen Kazemashin – Charming Wind Devil; Akito strongly believes that weapons are merely tools, and a shinobi should be able to survive whenever his weapon is rendered useless. For this same reason, this seal was created. This is an alternative application and version. The seal is ‘tattooed’ onto the users palm, with the same ink used in the Mayoke seal. Instead of absorbing the users chakra and taking it into itself for reinforcement, the seal allows absorption of the air element without it coming from Akito. The other seals drink Akito’s chakra while the metallic ink takes it properties; meanwhile this seal when activated allows the user to pull in said element. In Akito’s case, Wind. Manipulating the wind he forces to his palms, Akito can perform his usual techniques without the need of his Bag of Wind. This seal is activated with one-handed seals, or two handed seals in the case of Akito using on a much larger scale.

Genjutsu:

Oudo no Fuujin – Royal Domain of the Wind God;
This is more of a genjutsu breaker, than a genjutsu technique in itself. Whenever encountered with a genjutsu user, or in a heavy genjutsu, Akito will channel some of his chakra onto his body. While manipulating it as much as he can onto his own element, allowing it to take to his head especially. Channeling it there. Exposing his body to the wind around him, he is able to perceive reality from illusion by inducing himself into a genjutsu-like state to break away from any genjutsu already casted on him. A soft breeze of wind or a strong gust while in this state will completely rip him away from his technique and the genjutsu, which is the idea behind the technique. The technique requires a high level of concentration, not usually performed in the heat of battle.
