Using Stored Chakra from the Hi-shugyoku, The Shinobi will Direct the Light into the Many Gemstones Studding his Upper-Arm-Length Gloves. Upon Refraction Multiple times, the Light will harden into a sort of Cutting Beam which can be directed from the Main Jewel that sits atop of His Middle Finger.
